This weekend I was taught how to pickle, and I shot this series in between burning myself on sterilized jars.

As with the first creative from out west, I set out to create quiet looking natural light images, and most of all I wanted to convey a sense of solitude and adventure.

This is the first of two creatives that I put together on my recent trip to BC.

I had been thinking about these shoots for a couple months and set out to incorporate the natural beauty of the landscape into these lifestyle photos. I wanted to expand my book, and create some simple, clean, natural light images, something that until now was completely unrepresented in my portfolio.

Huge thank you to Mary for coming out at the crack of dawn to help me with this shoot.
